On March 20th, the Korean American Census Task Force of NJ (KACTF) is lauching a Census Walk-a-Thon starting front of Town Hall, Parlisades Park,NJ.
If anyone is interested in participating, please feel free to participate in this event.
Date & Time: March 20th (Saturday) 12:00 AM
Location: Front of Palisades Park, Town Hall
Program:
– Opening Announcement: Host(Paul Lee)
– Welcoming speech: Andrew Kim, KACTF co-chair
– Encouragement speech(to be scheduled): Dennis McNerney Bergan County Exeutive, Pal Park Mayor, Fort Lee Mayor, Korean American Association of NJ President leaders of each religious group, student presidents, leaders of lawyers, etc.
– Marching (March will begin from Pal Pak, Townhall until Harwood Ave.)
Other:
– Scheduled to have a concert on Korean dance by Hye Sun Chung before a walk-a-thon at 11:00 AM
– Setting up a booth to accept application for Korean (part-time) staff from US Census Bureau
– Presentation of soveniors from Korean American Census Task Force and US Census Bureau
